Renting a Property

Rainbow Estate has a selection of properties available for holiday rentals and long-lets from one bedroomed apartments, penthouses and townhouses to 5 bedroomed villas. Long-term costs vary from 400 euros per month for a one-bedroomed apartment to 2,000 euros per month for a villa. Holiday rates are from 30 euros per night for the property.
Holiday Rentals: You will need to confirm the booking by forwarding 50% of the cost and the remaining 50% is payable on arrival. The property will be cleaned and bedlinen changed for you prior to your arrival and a welcome pack of groceries will be waitng for you in the property.
Extra cleans during your stay can be arranged.
Rainbow Estate is open from 1100-2100 hours Monday to Friday, Saturdays 1100-1800 hours and Sundays 1100-1400 hours but can meet you with a key whatever time you arrive.
The property will be cleaned after you leave but should you require cleaning and laundry during your stay, this can be arranged for an extra charge.
Rainbow Estate also offers Internet Café, DVD rental with over 600 to choose from, book loan, photocopy and fax services, car-hire, transport to/from airport and can recommend and book excursions and attractions.

Long-let: Rainbow Estate also has a variety of furnished and unfurnished properties available for long-let.
Although a long-let is usually based on an 11 month renewable contract, some properties are available for 3-6 months contract.
Rainbow Estate hopes to satisfy your needs and will be happy to show you suitable properties.
Once you have decided on the property, a contract and full inventory will be drawn up and you must pay 2 month's deposit and one month's rent in advance.
Unlike some other agents Rainbow Estate does not charge the tenant a finder's fee.
Your full deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract. You must pay for electric, water, gas and telephone but the owner pays the community fees, annual property tax and pool/garden maintenance.
Rainbow Estate is at your disposal during long lets and holiday rentals and has a maintenance team who will take care of any repairs or replacement of essential items.
